The relocation presented the firm with a means of communicating their values as a company, allowing for a consolidation of their point of difference within the Finance sector. The fitout served to reflect the company’s ethos and direction, in a way that would re-invent the workspace and serve the firm well in terms of functionality; efficiency; staff accommodation and portray the right corporate message to their clients and guests.

The implementation of the project, was accomplished in 3 months. The tenancy design demonstrates how, with only modest capital outlay, a company can derive significant benefits from an enhanced aesthetic environment, that portrays a confident corporate image.
